How we manage:
With or without symptoms, you will go through assessment:
Screening of your injury history and playing techniques
Sports goal/ targets
Current injuries/ concerns
Objective examination and test to measure strength, power, and endurance
Motion analysis with video recording if required- scapular mechanics, glenoid-humeral joint motion, neck posture, muscle activation, impact
Based on the assessment, we will give:
Simple advice on modifying playing style and training schedule
Personalised program that utilised the principle of strength and conditioning to address any identified deficits
Recommendation on further review and self-management,
Referral for further investigation if required, such as MRI, diagnostic ultrasound.
